If a property purchase is canceled within 7 days of the agreement.
If there are issues with the property that were not disclosed prior to the sale.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including but not limited to consultancy fees, administrative charges, and property viewing fees, are non-refundable once paid.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer property exchanges. However, if you encounter issues with a property, please reach out to us for guidance on resolving the matter.
